工厂占地 2200 0 ㎡ ，标准厂房 6 幢，总建筑面积达 15000 ㎡ ；专业从事实木家具的生产和销售，年生产量为人民币 8000 万元，并拥有高级家具设计工程师、工艺工程师多名，各类管理、技术人才皆多年从事出口家具的生产。实木古典家具采用中国和欧洲地区独特的工艺技术，引入现代设计概念和自动化生产设备，加上先进生产流程和 ISO9001 、 14000 质量管理体系科学管理，确保高品质产品。
　　 公司生产布局按出口家具的加工及要求设置，建锅炉房 1 座，烘房 40 0 ㎡ 。拥有意大利 CNC 镂铣机、四面刨、 110 ＃、 130 ＃砂光机，多排钻等近百台各类机加工机械设备。产品的油漆工艺先进，有 560 米长的油漆流水线，托盘 278 只，喷台 9 个，建有红外线油漆烘干面漆房。

Our factory accounts for 22,000 square meters, has 6 buildings of workshops. The total building area is about 15,000 square meters. Normal quantity of employees here are over 350. We specialized in manufacture of solid wood furniture, with about ￥ 80,000,000 output a year. We have several sophisticated furniture designers and technologists. Most of our managers and specialists have many years' experience at export furniture industry. We apply exclusive technology from China and foreign countries to our solid classical furniture, as well as modern design idea and automatic equipments. All these combined with our logical process ， scientific managing and ISO 9001 to ensure the products' quality.

Our basic timber is oak. In Northeast woodland of China, we have a supply network which provide us with fine timber. The timber be cut to dimension stock there and take the second drying process at our factory. It ensures material's quality basically and the stability of costs. Our manufacture system meets the needing of export furniture. There's 1 Boiler, 300 cubic meters drying room, 1,300 square meters material warehouse, a special room for the blanks waiting to be heated up, and near upon hundred of facilities ready for operations (e.g. Italian CNC, planning machine, polishing machine110#, 130#, multi-drilling machine, etc.). Also advanced painting arts there provides: 540meters painting line, 277 coating benches, 9 coating tables and 1 P.U painting room, which is available to coat N.C and P.U, etc.

The furniture we developed won Bronze Medal and Gold Medal at China Furniture Design Competition 2004 and 2005.
